For instance, when a user requests a change, the Change Control Board needs to understand the environment and who will be impacted. An example could be : a server rack needs to be replaced. The administrator needs to know information, such as, what servers are on the rack, what applications are on the servers, which users are connected / use those applications. How many people will the change impact - 1 person, multiple people a department or even the entire Organization? Relationship navigator in easyCMDB provides this information within seconds.
